At Fykko, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable ordering experience. However, we understand that plans may change. Please review our updated cancellation policy below:

Before Preparation Starts:
Orders can be canceled without any penalty before the vendor starts preparing the order.
Cancellation can be done directly through the Fykko app under “My Orders.”

After Preparation Starts:
Once the vendor has started preparing the order, cancellation may not be possible.
Any cancellation request after preparation begins will be subject to vendor approval and may include applicable charges determined by the vendor.

Non-Cancellable Items:
Certain items, such as perishable goods, groceries, or medicines, cannot be canceled once the order is placed due to safety and quality reasons.

Cancellation by Vendor:
A vendor may cancel an order due to unavailability of items, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, a full refund will be automatically processed to the customer’s original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:
If your cancellation request is approved by the vendor, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
Refund timing may vary depending on the vendor’s policy and payment provider.
